This morning when I woke up, I went to the kitchen and whipped out the waffle iron. I whipped up a whole lot of batter, and I even put blueberries in the batter because my wife got some at the grocery store. Instead of making just one or two, I made an entire box full, and I made waffles for about an hour. I ate two of the waffles I made with Aunt Jemima and lots of melted butter. The other 8 or 10 waffles I froze so that I can just pop them in the toaster oven and have delicious homemade waffles for the next few days without all of the hassle.
